“I would like to share with you our project of temporary art studio to foreign artists wishing to spend time in Paris to carry out a personal project or who simply want to continue working while visiting and discovering the cultural life of Paris. (Louvre, Quai Branly, Palais de Tokyo, Decorative Arts, Rodin museums but also many other exhibitions and contemporary galerys !)
The studio is in an old factory, which is today converted into artists (but also architects, stylists, designers) studios.
It is approximately 30m2 in a big and sunlight open space studio of 115m2. Plus storage, materials lift, bike or motorbike parking and of course equipped kitchen and toilet.
A few steps from the metro station “Croix de Chavaux”, access is very easy and fast, our neighborhood is full of life and delicious markets and good restaurants.
The place is available from June 2017 for the period you wish to stay. The prices are decreasing: 440€ / month or 140€ /week. Minimal rental one week.
Please book as soon as possible to block the calendar and organize your coming.
Please note that the studio offered to any artist in itinerancy is a work space for professional projects. It does not include accommodation and parties are prohibited since it is not an independent space. Anyone who wants to develop a personal project, work for an exhibition are welcome.
During this stay, will be a pleasure to advise resident artists on:
– Purchase of artistic supplies, specialized stores.
– Visit of the cultural places according to their artistic interest
– Advise them on practical issues such as transport, food shops, tips, etc.
