Meðvirkni er samsýning undir margföldunaráhrifum sem ætlar sér að þenja út sýningaformið og ljá því tilfinningalega spennu. Sýnendum fjölgar eftir því sem líður á sýningartímann, þar sem listamennirnir vinna eftir ströngu kerfi; efnistök eru frjáls en samfélagskvaðirnar miklar.
Sýningarröðin er tilraunaverkefni Harbinger, Hildigunnar Birgisdóttur (sýningastjóra) og 20 listamanna. Meðvirkni hagar sér eins og óþolandi keðjubréf sem bannað er að slíta. Sýningar opna á viku fresti og hver hópur verður að koma að sýningunni sem fyrir er og vinna hana áfram.
Sýningin er styrkt af Myndlistarsjóði.
F I N I S S A G E — I couldn’t stand the mess so I decided to clean it up
Today, Friday July 29th at 17:30, is the Finissage of the Codependent exhibition series.
Logi Leó Gunnarsson and Kriðpleir – performance group, will unite to wrap up the show and take off.

Codependent is a group show constructed via multiplicity and is intended to expand and exhaust the format of the group-show and to inject emotional tension into it. Exhibitors multiply as the show goes on, the artists are limited by a strict system, while respective subjects are free of choice the communal obligations are great.
The exhibition series is an experimental project of Harbinger, Hildigunnur Birgisdóttir (curator) and the 20 artists involved. Codependent will perform like an annoying chain letter that can’t be broken. New iterations of the exhibition will open each week and each new group will have to work with and develop the exhibition already installed.
