During 2020-2021 Verkstad konsthall will delve into ‘Speculation’ in its broadest sense in the project Definitely Speculative. We will explore this concept through research, participatory experiments, public programmes and an exhibition. As a response to the Covid-19 pandemic we will try various digital formats when developing and executing this project.
We are currently looking for ‘Speculators’, people who would like to share speculative concerns with our audience and us. We will provide a small fee to whoever is selected to lead simple digital workshops around a speculative topic of their choice. The call is open to artists, theorists, thinkers, curators, cultural workers or people from our audience and community.
