Performance by Styrmir Örn Guðmundsson with set by Nabil Arbaain
Inside each of us, organs keep our body functioning, wet and viscous; outside the body, the organs are an instrument, fingered and blown.
Why do we have two ears instead of one? Duo sound collectors, absorbing sound waves and transforming this acoustic ocean into vibrations. Soft warm membranes gathering tones, they are listening. They can hear the waves, they understand such language. Your inner ear is an Organ, whispering stories to your brain.
Where does sound come from as a presence?
Where does sound erupt materially?
What is the time of sound?
What is the conversation?
